Summary
CHIEF STEWARDESS
We are looking for a professional Chief Stewardess for our 2026 season.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong service standards, interior management skills and the ability to lead an interior team.
The vessel is privately owned and will have a busy season cruising the Med waters from end of May to early October of 2026.
CS responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior team, setting and maintaining service standards
- Deliver high-level guest service
- Oversee all interior areas including service, housekeeping and laundry
- Keep up with interior inventories, provisioning and financial assistance to the Captain
- Train, mentor and support junior interior crew
- Clear communication with the Captain and other department
- Ensure a seamless experience for guests during trips
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels
- Proved previous longevity
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm, adaptable and able to perform under pressure
- Proactive, solutions-focused and flexible
