Summary

We are seeking a Chief Steward(ess) to oversee the interior operations of a modern 41m motor yacht based in Spain. In this seasonal role, you will be responsible for managing 1 second stewardess, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained throughout the Mediterranean cruising itinerary. Key responsibilities include coordinating all interior activities, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest areas and crew quarters. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in luxury yacht service, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills are essential for ensuring a seamless guest experience. Candidates must have relevant certifications and be able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
