Role Overview
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an experienced Chief Stewardess who excels in structure, organisation, and team development. You will be responsible for building the entire interior program, implementing standards, and preparing the yacht for its first season.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess with a strong background on 50m+ yachts and a calm, professional leadership style. The ideal candidate brings:
• Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on similar‑sized vessels
• Strong organisational and interior management skills
• Confidence in creating inventories, SOPs, and systems from scratch
• Excellent service knowledge and guest‑facing professionalism
• A proactive, positive approach to team culture and collaboration
• Experience with new builds or vessel setup (highly preferred)
• A naturally active, energetic lifestyle that aligns well with a sporty, outdoors‑oriented crew who enjoy maintaining a healthy and dynamic onboard environment.
