Salary: €4,500–€5,000 per month (DOE)
Leave: 90 days per year (non-rotational)

A 51m private support vessel, shadowing a 60m mothership, is seeking an experienced Stewardess / Masseuse to join the program in March 2026. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, adventure-driven operation cruising through Asia and the Indian Ocean, supporting a strong dive-focused program.

We are looking for someone with a background in high-end spa environments who can deliver professional, luxury-level treatments onboard while also contributing to interior duties as required. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, and keen to be part of an active crew lifestyle in remote cruising areas.
???? Role Overview
- Provide professional massage treatments (2–4 per day when guests onboard)
- Deliver high-end wellness experiences between the support vessel and mothership
- Maintain spa standards, hygiene, and product inventory
- Assist in general stewardess duties when required
- Support an active dive and adventure-focused program
- Deliver discreet, polished service in a private setting
The program is primarily private, with approximately two months of guest use per year.

- Massage (essential)
- Facials
- Gel manicures & pedicures
- Lymphatic drainage
- Cupping
Experience in lymphatic drainage and cupping is advantageous but not essential. If this is an area of interest, the vessel is happy to invest in further training through their structured course program.

- Proven experience in luxury spas or high-end wellness environments
- Confident, professional, and guest-focused
- Fit, motivated, and happy working in an active, remote environment
- Previous yacht experience preferred but not essential with strong spa background
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
- Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
- Food Hygiene Level 2
