Burgess Recruitment is searching for a Chief Steward(ess) for a 70m Charter Motor Yacht
Qualifications:
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 medical
• Food and Hygiene 2
• Ideally 1 year experience as Chief Steward(ess) on busy 55m+ charter yachts
• Strong background in charter programs
Requirements:
• Confident leading and developing an interior team of 6
• Experience preparing a vessel post-shipyard for a busy charter season
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Passionate about training and building a strong interior department
Start Date: 26 April 2026
Salary: EUR 8,000 per month
Leave: 90 days
Location: Italy
Itinerary: Western Med & Caribbean. Busy charter program booked. The successful candidate will complete the final stage of the shipyard period and prepare the vessel for the upcoming charter season. Handover with the current Chief Stewardess
