Summary

Experienced Chief Stewardess required for prestigious Private Motor Yacht (Non-Charter).

This is a quite family yacht therefor a discreet, professional, and personalized approach is paramount. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Confidently mentor and train the interior team in all facets of service, housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Provide elite-level service with an in-depth understanding of international cuisine and an interest in fine wines.
  • Cultivate a positive, cohesive working environment for the crew while maintaining a seamless experience for the Owners. 
  • Ensureing adequate potection of guest interior and liasing with contractors for repairs and upgrades.

Desired Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to listen intently, summarize information concisely and give clear orders.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse personalities and cultures and maintain good working relationships over the long term
  • Objective and impartial decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
