Summary
We’re looking for a positive, professional Stewardess to join a lovely 57m.
Criteria
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Certificates: STCW (with PSDS), ENG1, B1/B2 visa, Schengen visa or eligible passport
Package
- Salary: DOE
- Rotation: 3:1 (90 days leave per year)
- 3 return flights to home port
- 13th-month bonus (performance-based)

About the Program
13 crew onboard. Private/charter mix with approx. 8 weeks charter per year.
Interior team of 4 rotating through housekeeping, service, and laundry.
Recent cruising: Med + Bahamas/Caribbean.
Upcoming itinerary: Caribbean → Med crossing → summer Med season with owners and charters.

A well-rounded Stewardess who is:

- Experienced on similar size or larger yachts
- Charter-savvy

Duties May Include
- Supporting the Chief Stew with owner preferences and interior standards
- Assisting with SOPs, schedules, inventories, and purchasing
- Rotating through service, housekeeping, laundry, crew areas, and back-of-house
- Helping train and support junior crew
