Summary
We are seeking a diligent Housekeeping Steward(ess) to join our team in the Bahamas.
In this permanent shore-based position for a brand new luxury villa; you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your daily tasks will include detailed cleaning, laundry, inventory management, and to ensure a comfortable environment for guests and owners .
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, alongside a proactive approach to maintaining standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of the estate.

For the successful candidate, the work permit in visa will be covered by the employer.
Accommodation provided is a 1 bedroom apartment on site with access to the beach and the use of a golf cart, a training bonus and food allowance is provided and annual leave is within industry standards. (And bank holidays in lieu if worked)
