Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a busy 100m+ private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as HOH on large yachts, strong management, back-of-house skills, and excellent references.
Key Requirements:
- Confident leader with a calm, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Well-presented, personable, and able to motivate and train a diverse team of five housekeeping stewardesses
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards
- Strong admin skills, to be in charge of inventories and procurements
- EU passport or valid Schengen visa in hand
- Minimum 1 Year experience and longevity in a similar role
