Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head of Service to join a 78m private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, such as Lead Service or 2nd Stewardess on vessels over 60m. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding the service team, ensuring exceptional service standards, and managing both formal and informal table settings as well as beach setups. Candidates should have a solid understanding of cocktails, barista skills, and wine knowledge, complemented by strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments are essential, and a keen interest in sport and fitness is advantageous. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary based on experience and 90 days of unstructured leave.
