Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Second Stewardess to join our team on a 60m Private Motor Yacht. This is a family oriented program with high standards and positive onboard culture.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, highly organized and naturally detailed-oriented. The ideal candidate is a true self starter - able to take initiative, confident working independently and managing their own responsibilities without constant supervision, while still being open to guidance and directions from the Chief Stew.
Key qualities and responsibilities:
- Strong service and housekeeping skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
- Assisting with training and mentoring two junior stews.
- Leading by example.
- Ability to manage uniform stock and inventory.
- Calm, professional and solution-focused mindset.
