CHIEF STEWARDESS / SOLE STEWARDESS - CREW COOK
We are currently looking for an experienced Stewardess to join a 40-meter motor Private / Charter yacht ( the yacht is open to charter, no bookings at the moment.)
November – April | Sole stewardess Mode
During the winter period, the candidate will work as Sole Stewardess- Crew chef. Support from dayworkers may be available, but the main responsibility remains with the Sole Stewardess.
Main responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the yacht in good condition
- Preparing meals for the crew / Provisioning
- Inventory control (uniforms, linen, tableware, supplies)
- Organisation and optimisation of interior spaces
- Handling interior-related administrative tasks
April – November | Chief Stewardess Mode
During the season, the role transitions into Chief Stewardess with 2 stewardesses in the team (Second Stewardess & Stewardess/Deck - covering approx. 70–80% interior duties during the season).
Cruising area: Italy, Croatia, Turkey, possibly France
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-level guest service
- Managing the interior team
- Overseeing housekeeping and service standards
- Planning schedules and workflows
- Handling interior-related administrative tasks
- Close cooperation with management
Candidate Requirements
- Strong yachting background
- Cooking skills
- Solid service knowledge
- Suitable for candidates with strong experience as: Second Stewardess on yachts 40–60 m.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Confident Computer skills (inventories, reports and presentations)
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work closely with management
Package
- Salary: 5000 euros + (Depending on Experience)
- Contract: Permanent, 42 days leave
