Live-In Personal Aide / Household Officer

We are seeking a mature professional with a senior yachting or maritime background who is ready to transition out of the charter grind into a stable, long-term, live-in household role with an active individual who enjoys boating and travel.
Former captains, chief stews, senior engineers, and long-tenure yacht professionals transitioning ashore are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a private household position, not a vessel crew role. The environment is calm, respectful, and professional. The role is best suited to someone who values discretion, independence, and knows how to provide support without hovering.
Role Overview
- Live-in position with private accommodations
- Seasonal locations: Florida Keys and Minnesota
- Regular boating activity and travel
- Acting as a trusted right-hand rather than “staff”
Responsibilities
- General household and logistical support
- Accompaniment for outings, travel, and boating
- Light coordination of schedules and errands
- Shared meals or light meal preparation
- Situational awareness and sound judgment
- Night presence only (sleeping on site; no active overnight duties)
What This Role Is Not
- No medical or clinical care
- No lifting or bathing
- No watchstanding or rotational crew duties
Compensation & Structure
- Salary: $100,000–$200,000 (DOE)
- Housing, food, and travel expenses included
- Structured time off
- 30–60 day paid trial period to ensure mutual fit
