We are recruiting a seasoned Chief Stewardess for a large, expedition-capable yacht with a global itinerary that includes remote and high-latitude regions. This is a role that extends beyond traditional charter service. It requires a strong foundation in five-star hospitality, combined with operational awareness, advanced logistical planning, and the ability to uphold standards in changing and sometimes challenging conditions.
Unlike conventional charter yachts, this vessel operates with expedition capabilities that may include remote-region cruising, scientific or exploration programming, dynamic itineraries driven by weather or wildlife activity, and strict environmental and sustainability compliance standards. The successful candidate must be comfortable integrating refined service with these operational realities.
This position suits a Chief Stewardess who is confident operating at the intersection of luxury service and exploratory cruising. You will oversee and direct the interior department, ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience while aligning service delivery with expedition programming, remote provisioning requirements, and environmental best practice.
In addition, you will serve as the central coordination point between the Captain, Owner or Charter Guests, and all department heads to ensure smooth integration of hospitality operations with the vessel’s expedition objectives.
PREFERENCES - No roots to land due to busy program. Good longevity, willing to commit as this is a stable long-term program. Nonsmoker, no large visible tattoos.
