Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 45m private motor yacht operating on a busy European-based program with a worldwide itinerary. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior interior crew, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of yachting experience on similar-sized vessels, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. You should be calm and solutions-focused, able to perform independently while maintaining high levels of professionalism under pressure. Key responsibilities include managing crew uniforms, inventory control, and administrative tasks, along with providing high-level service with keen attention to detail. A valid STCW, ENG1, and other seafarer documents are required, along with WSET Level 2 and Silver Service certifications. Candidates must hold an EU passport and a valid B1/B2 visa.
