Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 45m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht

This position would suit an organised, service-driven Chief Stewardess who thrives in a dynamic guest environment and enjoys working with an interior team of 3.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a chief stewardess role and 5 years in the industry
  • Proven charter experience with strong service standards
  • Second language such as French or Spanish is desirable
  • Confident leading the interior team and managing day-to-day operations
  • Highly organised, proactive, and guest-focused
  • Fluent English required

Documentation:

  • Valid Schengen visa (If required, expires end of September as a minimum)
  • All necessary certificates
  • Food Hygiene Level 2
  • 8 months valid ENG1 Medical Certificate

Owner uses the vessel for 1–2-week periods at a time, with charter trips in between. There are currently 11 crew onboard, with a total complement of 14 including rotational crew.

Salary: Paid in $, depending on experience.

Leave: 8:4 (8 months on / 4 months {November-February} off)

Itinerary: Single season for now and based in the Mediterranean during the winter
