We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Stewardess to join a 55m private motor yacht operating primarily in the Mediterranean. This role is ideal for a confident interior leader who is passionate about service excellence, team management, and maintaining a positive onboard culture.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year as Chief Stewardess, or
- 2 years as Second Stewardess ready to step up
- Strong, proven experience across all interior departments (Housekeeping, Service, Laundry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Full oversight and management of the interior department
- Leadership, training, and mentoring of the interior team
- Maintaining exceptional guest service standards at all times
- Planning seasonal programs and service flows
- Inventory control and interior budgeting/account management
- Coordinating interior operations during shipyard periods
- Fostering strong crew morale and a professional, inclusive onboard environment
- Crew and guest provisions
Package:
- Salary: €7,500 – €8,000 (DOE)
- Leave: 42 days annual leave
