Job Description:

- 55m Super Yacht with busy program for private Owner’s Cruises and Charter in SE Asia. International crew of 14 (Interior 3 + Chief Stew).
- Permanent position
- Annual Paid Leave 30 days (MLC) + 8 State Holidays
- Repatriation flights for annual leave 1 as per MLC SEA at the end of 12 month
- Monthly gross salary 6,500.00 Euro
- Navigation Area: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Palau (Pacific), Japan, Maldives
- Activity: Private + Charter (8 weeks already confirmed)
- Charter tips equally shared between the crew
Candidate Mandatory skills and experience:
Minimum proven 3/5 years as Chief Stewardess on similar size Super Yachts, more than 6/8 years in the industry, longevity is a plus (2+ years on the same boat). Private Owner and Charter Cruise experience. Dynamic person, capable to rapidly modify plans without notice. Positive attitude, balanced personality capable to easily adapt to any situation. Capable to directly (no local agencies) plan, propose and book restaurants and shore activities for the guests.
Ready to overlook, assist and improve every aspect of her department. Capable to organize the work shifts for the interior department leaving good resting time to the interior team during Owner’s cruises and Charter. High level of communication with Guests and yacht’s departments Silver Service, Advanced and proven Mixology, Wine knowledge and food coupling, Flower decoration, table decoration and general yacht’s decoration for private parties or special occasion. Experience in Guests’ entertainment (Theme and Quiz nights or other possible activities)
Chief Stewardess duties:
Adapt to on board already existing organization, Interior crew training, Interior inventories and budget, Crew Uniforms management and purchase, Guest’s giveaway inventory and replenishment, Guests provisioning, Mixology, provide to owner and Charter Guests the best quality service according to every situation including formal dinner with detailed Silver Service, Flower decoration, table decorations, Theme nights organization, entertainment for guests.
