Summary
Private 40m motor yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a multinational crew of 10, with a start date of 25 February. This position is open to a female candidate due to cabin arrangements. Fluent English (spoken and written) is required, along with strong knowledge of all interior departments. You will lead a team of two stewardesses and be responsible for service standards, provisioning, inventory, and supervising housekeeping and laundry.
The yacht has a relaxed, professional atmosphere with a maximum of eight guests, operating mainly on day trips. Summer is spent cruising the Mediterranean, with winters based in Italy. Candidates must hold valid STCW, ENG1, Seaman’s Book, and any required visas, and candidates located in Europe will be prioritized.
The role offers a permanent contract, insurance, paid leave accruing at 3.42 days per month, a competitive salary, and an annual bonus.
