Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 70+m Private, Med based, M/Y in our fleet. Responsibilities will include overseeing the interior team, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained, managing inventory, provisioning and accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and lead by example.
· Candidates should have relevant experience and a record of long-term job commitment.
· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence in service, and the ability to lead and motivated to train an interior team of three.
· We're seeking someone positive, outgoing, and able to enjoy their work.
· This is a single season, Med-based yacht with a full-time role offering 60 days leave annually.
· The position suits those wanting a less demanding program while maintaining high standards. Immediate start preferable.
