ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS 55M
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 55m private dual-season vessel on a 2:2 rotation. With Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters, this family-orientated yacht offers a warm, professional environment and a well-established program.
The role:
• Oversee all interior operations, leading an interior team of four
• Maintain high standards across service, housekeeping, administration, and guest experience
• Manage inventories, provisioning, budgets, and interior planning
• Work closely with the captain and HODs to ensure smooth daily operations
• Private dual-season program with Med summers and Caribbean winters
• Start date: end of February
• B1/B2 visa preferred
What we’re looking for:
• Proven longevity in the yachting industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on 45m+ vessels
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on management style
• Warm, approachable demeanour suited to a family-orientated program
• Previous experience working with children strongly preferred
• Professional, calm, and confident in owner-facing situations
