Female or Male candidates
3 years experience as Chief stew on the same 45-50m charter vessel
Longevity - 12 months on vessels as a min
Charter experience a must - Comfortable with 24 hour turn arounds

Someone who can commit long-term
8-10 years in the yachting industry
