YACHT INFORMATION:
A prestigious superyacht with longstanding ownership is seeking an experience and polished Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department. The vessel operates to high standards, and we are looking for a Chief Stew that is seeking longevity, adventures and a well structured schedule.
CERTIFICATES:
• STCW
• Seafarers Medical
• Food & Hygiene Level 2
• Additional Hospitality or Interior Certificates are highly regarded
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess on vessels 40m+
• Exceptional service skills with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality
• Confident in training junior crew and implementing interior systems
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all departments
• Organised, professional and personable with Owner, guests, Captain & crew
• Willingness to work in all interior departments – service, housekeeping, laundry & crew mess
ITINERARY: Palau, Raja Ampat, Bali/Komodo, Australia, French Polynesia
START DATE: 20 Feb to 20 March 2026
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time
Package includes: Leave 38 days first year, 44 days post first year +$2000 flight allowance + full medical
SALARY: USD$7500 - $8500 p/m
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid passport with more than 6 months validity
3 references will be checked and verified
All certificates must be valid
Fluent in English
