We are supporting a private client in Athens who requires an experienced, kind and dedicated rota-nurse due to a recent medical recovery. The family is looking to appoint two experienced caregivers on rotation, ensuring continuity of care, comfort, and consistent support.

This is a highly sensitive, private role requiring professionalism, empathy, and proven experience in post-stroke recovery for an affluent, older client.

Key Responsibilities

Providing daily care and support to the principal within a private residence

Accompanying the principal to physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions

Supporting with mobility exercises and daily movement as advised by medical professionals

Managing and tracking medication schedules

Coordinating medical appointments and liaising with healthcare providers as required

Assisting with daily living tasks while promoting independence where possible

Maintaining a calm, respectful, and reassuring presence at all times

Candidate Requirements

Female caregiver (preferred, for comfort and ease of care)

Background as a nurse, rehabilitation carer, physiotherapy assistant, or similar

Proven experience in post-stroke or neurological recovery care within a private or clinical setting

Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent approach

Discreet, professional, and comfortable working within a private household

Based in Europe or willing to relocate to Athens

Language requirements to be confirmed (Greek and/or English)
