We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join our team on a 50m sailing yacht based in Antigua & Barbuda, with a cruising itinerary throughout the Caribbean Sea. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the yachting industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of interior operations, guest services, and team management. Responsibilities will include overseeing the interior team, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness, managing inventory and provisioning, and coordinating guest itineraries and activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
