We are looking for a Chief Steward(ess) to join our 40-meter yacht based in Montenegro. In this permanent role, you will lead a dedicated interior team, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing housekeeping, coordinating guest services, and handling inventory management and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar position, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to service excellence. A comprehensive understanding of the Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising environment is advantageous, and relevant certifications and training are required.
