Silver Swan is currently working with a warm and informal HNW family based in North West London, to help them hire a full-time live-out nanny. The role involves caring for three children – two boys and a girl aged – within a relaxed yet well-organised household where both parents work from home.
This is a hands-on, long-term position suited to a native English-speaking nanny who is genuinely playful, flexible, and confident managing three children of mixed ages. The mother works part-time and will handle some school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, working collaboratively with the nanny. A housekeeper is employed from early mornings, allowing the nanny to focus on childcare-related duties only.
The family travels a few times per year. The successful candidate must be happy to travel with the family when required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for three children
- Managing the daily routine, including mornings and evenings
- Assisting with nursery and school pick-ups as required
- Organising stimulating activities, playdates, and outings
- Supporting homework and encouraging learning through play
- Preparing and cooking healthy meals for the children
- Managing children’s laundry and keeping bedrooms/play areas tidy
- Tidying up after lunch and evening routines
- Taking the children to the playground and outdoor activities
- Reading with the children and supporting their development
- Travelling with the family during holidays when required
Ideal Candidate:
- Native English speaker
- Confident driver with a clean licence
- Proven experience caring for multiple children
- Playful, warm, and engaging personality
- Flexible and easy-going with a no-ego attitude
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable working alongside parents at home
- Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable
- Happy to travel internationally with the family
Package:
- Working schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 7:00/7:15 pm
- Salary: £60,000 gross per annum
