Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess for a 35m private/charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is a permanent position suited to someone with at least 3 seasons of yachting experience, ready to step up from a second stewardess role and confidently manage the interior independently to a high charter standard. The yacht runs a busy Mediterranean charter season during summer with a winter period based in Palma, making this an attractive opportunity for someone who enjoys a single-season lifestyle with high-intensity summer charters. Duties include full interior management, service, housekeeping, inventory control, creative table décor, and crew cooking during the winter when the chef is not onboard. Salary is DOE, with a start date in early March.
