We are seeking a refined, confident and family-oriented Chief Stewardess to join a 40m New Build MY ahead of delivery in summer 2026. The selected candidate will join ASAP to take an active role in the interior set-up phase, including procedures, inventories, and service standards, ensuring the yacht is fully prepared for launch and owner use.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Chief Stewardess on 35–50m yachts or be a strong Second Stewardess ready to step up. Nationality is open, with quality and attitude being the priority. A professional yet relaxed service style is essential, combined with high emotional intelligence, discretion, and natural leadership. A family-oriented mindset is key, with confidence delivering warm and welcoming service to owners and guests of all ages, while maintaining refined presentation standards without over-formalizing service. Previous new build or interior set-up experience is highly desirable. The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for leading and mentoring the interior team, establishing a positive onboard service culture from day one, and working closely with the Captain and Chef to ensure a seamless guest experience. Flexibility regarding future rotation is required, with a potential rotation structure to be discussed later in 2027 for the right profile.
