Summary
We are seeking a Head of Housekeeping for a 75m private motor yacht
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience on vessels over 60m, demonstrating longevity and a commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities include overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the vessel, and managing a small team effectively.
The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Head of Housekeeping or Lead Housekeeper on larger vessels.
A Schengen visa is essential for this position.
The successful applicant will start in mid-February, with a competitive salary of €4,750 - €5,000 and a comprehensive training package,
2:2 rotational schedule.
Female candidates are preferred due to cabin requirements.
