Summary
We are currently looking for a dynamic, reliable, and well-presented Second Stewardess to join a 60m Private Motor Yacht with a family-style program.
The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of seasons of experience on similar-sized yachts and be confident working across both housekeeping and guest service. She will be a strong team player, able to support the Chief Stewardess while maintaining high standards in daily interior operations.We are looking for someone who is hard-working, flexible, positive, and drama-free, with a consistently positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to assist wherever needed. This role requires adaptability between relaxed family use and more formal service standards. Good presentation and strong attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to follow established service standards while remaining professional and guest-focused at all times.
The Second Stewardess will also be expected to help guide and support junior interior stews, assisting with training and setting a strong, professional example in both service and housekeeping standards.
