We are looking for a Stew / Housekeeper for a private 68 ft M/Y and a private residence in Lighthouse Point. This is a hybrid role and ideal for someone who enjoys variety and a team-style environment.
On the yacht, duties include housekeeping, laundry, and light service. The program is primarily day trips along the Intracoastal with family and friends, and occasional short trips to the Bahamas. Summers spent in Sag Harbor / the Northeast.
When the yacht is not in use, the role shifts shoreside. The home is maintained to yacht-level standards. There is a full-time housekeeper, and you'll support the household on her days off as well as assist when there is no yacht activity.Duties remain focused on housekeeping, laundry, organization, and light service as needed.
This is not a position with downtime waiting for trips. The owners are looking for someone proactive, helpful, and comfortable moving between boat and house.
The ideal candidate has prior yachting experience, understands luxury standards, works well in a team, and takes pride in keeping spaces guest-ready at all times.
