Summary
Fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join an established program and crew as Chief Stewardess on a 44m private Motor Yacht based in Antibes on a full-time contract. The owners are very organized and formal and require a high level of service that is present and discreet at the same time. The vessel is single season with a Med based itinerary and runs with an interior team of three during the season. It is a dry vessel. Salary package TBD depending on experience. The position is available now although we could wait for a period for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have proven longevity within the industry
- Bring great experience, maturity & references
- Be a proactive team player with a can do attitude
- Have excellent organization skills with high attention to detail
- Be able to integrate into an established system and team
- Be able to manage the Interior team including recruiting with the Captain, and training new starters
- Be looking for long-term employment
- Be an all rounder that can cook crew food when the Chef is on leave
- Be confident driving the crew car
- Be an absolute non smoker
- Ideally be available in France for interview in person
