Summary
We are seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess ideally with prior experience on sailing yachts to join a 55m private sailing yacht on a permanent 10:10 rotation, starting ASAP.
The vessel is currently based in Indonesia and operates on an exciting world cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Chief Stew who enjoys life on a sailing yacht and thrives in a private program environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all interior operations to a high standard
- Lead, train, and motivate the interior team
- Deliver exceptional service to owners and guests
- Maintain interior presentation, housekeeping, service, and administration
- Manage inventories, provisioning, and interior budgets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess (sailing yacht experience preferred)
- Strong, verifiable references
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Professional, organised, and hands-on approach
Package:
- Salary: €5,000 – €5,500 (DOE)
- 10:10 rotation
- Permanent position
