Requirements:
- Male candidate, ideally 40–50 years old
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a senior hospitality role onboard
- Proven background on megayachts and charter yachts (60–80m)
- Strong hotel-style service mindset and guest experience management
- Calm, discreet, and highly professional with UHNW clientele
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Verifiable references from previous yachts required
