Housekeeper – Luxury Estate Opportunity - San Francisco Bay Area
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and reliable Housekeeper to join a dynamic household team at a private luxury estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in a prestigious home environment. This role is strongly suited to ex yacht crew who are looking to transition ashore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and deep cleaning of the residence, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and bathroom maintenance.
- Manage laundry, ironing, and care of fine linens and household textiles.
- Maintain and care for furniture, fixtures, upholstery, and household accessories.
- Organize household supplies, manage inventory, and assist with shopping as needed.
- Support events, parties, and household moves or relocations.
- Assist with maintenance coordination and minor household tasks.
- Occasional travel to other estate properties may be required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in large, multi-staffed homes or luxury residences.
- Familiarity with smart home systems and modern appliances.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or occasional travel.
- Positive, personable, and able to work well with a diverse household team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to perform active, full-time work, including lifting, bending, and stair use.
- Comfortable using household and cleaning equipment, laundry machines, and kitchen appliances.
