We are seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a beautifully finished Dutch new build 37m dual season motor yacht. The vessel expects 12+ weeks of charter annually.
The successful candidate will work within a close knit interior team of 2 alongside the Chief Steward, with a total crew of 8 and guest capacity of 12.
We are looking for someone who can confidently “hit the ground running,” demonstrating:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or as a strong 3rd stepping up
✔ Strong service, table scaping and housekeeping standards
✔ Ability to deliver polished, thoughtful guest experiences
✔ Creative eye for detail (flower arranging, events, themed service a plus)
✔ Positive communicator who enjoys working in a small team dynamic
✔ Proactive, energetic and professional
Package
• Salary: Net, DOE with structured increases after 90 days and again at 1 year after performance review
• Leave: 38 days/year, increasing to 60 days/year after 90 days
• Start: As soon as possible in St Maarten
• Charter: Potential charter commencing 13 February
• Insurance: Standard crew medical
• Flights: Annual return airfare and standard joining/repatriation flights provided
• Training: Professional development and training courses supported subject to approval
