Chief Stewardess - 62m Motor Yacht (Spanish Speaking) We are seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Chief Stewardess to join a 62m private motor yacht. This is a hands-on Head of Department role suited to a confident leader with strong service, organisational, and team management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all interior operations, maintaining high service and housekeeping standards, and leading a professional interior team within an ownerfocused program. Spanish is essential, as the primary onboard service language is Spanish at the owner's request.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor the interior team, ensuring smooth daily operations Deliver high-level guest service in Spanish, adapting service style to owner preferences Oversee housekeeping, service, laundry, and guest readiness to the highest standards Manage interior administration, including inventories, provisioning, budgets, and scheduling Coordinate closely with the Captain, Chef, and other department heads Maintain a positive, professional crew culture and lead by example
