JOB VACANCY: Assistant Villa Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE Start Date: February 2026 Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Position Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Villa Manager to join a high-end private residence in Dubai. This is a hybrid role requiring a professional with luxury hospitality finesse and strong technical aptitude (facility maintenance). You will support the Villa Manager in delivering 7-star service while ensuring the property’s infrastructure runs flawlessly.
- Note: Backgrounds in Superyachts or Estate Management are highly preferred.
Core Responsibilities
1. Facility & Technical Management
- Systems Oversight: Monitor the daily functionality of HVAC, AV, lighting, and Smart Home systems to ensure zero downtime.
- Vendor Coordination: act as the primary point of contact for external contractors, scheduling routine maintenance and supervising urgent repairs.
- Quality Control: Conduct daily property inspections to identify maintenance issues before they affect the guest experience.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed maintenance logs and monitor energy consumption for efficiency.
2. Guest Service & Operations
- Front of House: Lead service delivery for dining, events, and daily routines with a discreet, polished approach.
- Event Execution: Oversee the setup and breakdown for guest arrivals and special occasions.
- Department Coordination: Bridge the gap between the Principal and the Housekeeping/Laundry, service teams to ensure guest preferences are met immediately.
3. Leadership & Administration
- Team Support: Assist in supervision, rostering, and ongoing training (etiquette & grooming) for the housekeeping and service staff.
- Procurement: Manage the inventory and purchasing of household supplies, F&B, and equipment.
- Financials: Assist the Villa Manager with budgeting, petty cash, and monthly operational reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in luxury hospitality, private households, or superyachts.
- Technical Knowledge: Proven ability to troubleshoot basic villa infrastructure and manage maintenance teams.
- Driver’s license
- Education: Hospitality, Property Management, or Engineering background preferred.
- Skills: Fluent English, administrative proficiency, and high emotional intelligence.
- Eligibility: Must be willing to relocate to or currently reside in Dubai.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: €4,000 – €5,000 per month (Tax-Free), based on profile.
- Housing: Shared accommodation provided.
- Leave: 30 calendar days annual leave.
