First Officer / First Mate / Engineer
Experience: 3 years preferred
Certificates: 100 Ton License; AEC1 preferred
Start Date: Within 2 weeks
Accommodation: Possible live aboard
Role Summary:
Senior deck/engineering hybrid responsible for navigation support, yacht preparation, tender operations, and management of deck crew.
Key Duties:
- Assist Captain with navigation, watchkeeping, and bridge procedures
- Oversee deck crew and daily deck operations
- Manage yacht prep, safety checks, and maintenance routines
- Operate and manage tenders and watercraft
- Support engineering duties (AEC1 preferred)
- Ensure safe vessel and tender operations
- Participate in Bahamas trip and guest support
Requirements:
- US Driver’s license
- Strong navigation/bridge knowledge
- Tender driving experience
- Leadership and crew management skills
- Professional appearance
Compensation:
Salary based on experience
Contract: Temporary with possible full-time placement
