Requirements:
- Female only
- All certifications valid and up to date
- Schengen or EU passport required
- Scandinavian nationality preferred due to current crew nationality balance
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as Chief Stew on 40 m + yachts
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Confident managing and running the interior department
- Proactive, dynamic, and professional with a hands-on attitude
