Looking for a 2nd stew to join a busy private vessel.
65M M/Y private with 1 charter booked for Med season ( charter is a bonus and not a regular occurrence )
2:2 Rotation starting beginning April
Managing 4 / 5 people
This is a very hands on role with no financial admin involved
Must be confident managing the team incl all job lists, crossing lists, proficient in Excel
Boss on - Service heavy, confidence leading meal services & some housekeeping
Boss off - Back of house admin, HK and overseeing the team
Dry boat - no drinking onboard the vessel itself
Looking for a calm, kind & emotionally aware individual to aid in a positive work environment for all
Min requirements: STCW, ENG1,B1/B2 if necessary, Schengen valid for 6 months min, PDSD, Food Hygiene L2, WSET L1
Do not apply if you have less than 5 years in the industry. Longevity wise - only candidates with a minimum of 1 year on a single vessel will be accepted.
Salary is set & will be communicated in interview ( industry standard salary )
