Summary
SHORE based position for U.S. Citizen or permanent resident. Please currently live in Fort Lauderdale, within a short commute to 33301. Relocation or housing are NOT provided.
A large waterfront home needs an overall, hands-on property maintenance manager, leading and working with maintenance staff.
Responsibilities include:
Managing vendors and contractors; quotes and estimates
Maintenance routines
Repairs and upkeep
Vehicle care and track routine maintenance
Daily pool and landscaping, to supplement outside contractors
Safety and security of the property, assets, and staff
Work closely with the homeowners and property other staff
Must be familiar with trades in order to direct contract services: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, IT, etc
Oversee construction projects to contract specs
Requirements:
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Excellent English communication
Clean driver license
Computer skills proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel (Mac)
Experience in managing broad responsibilities
Work collaboratively and in cooperation with staff, to the owners' direction
Comprehensive background check and drug testing
