We are seeking a dedicated Steward(ess) for a 27m motor yacht based in Italy.
This permanent position involves supporting the interior team in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness while ensuring guest satisfaction aboard a private vessel.
Responsibilities include managing food and beverage service, housekeeping, and assisting with laundry and inventory management.
he ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a yacht or hospitality environment. As part of a small crew of four, the Steward(ess) will play a vital role in enhancing the onboard experience for guests while navigating the Mediterranean Sea.
The position is set to begin on 1 March 2026, with the homeport in Italy. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
