Chief Engineer – 79m Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a busy 79m private motor yacht with active owners and constant cruising.
This is a rotational position (2 months on / 2 months off) on a yacht known for a fun, professional, no-drama crew culture. You’ll be working within a team of three engineers, so strong leadership and teamwork are essential.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as Chief Engineer on large private yachts (70m+ preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong mechanical and electrical expertise
- Confident running a busy program with frequent cruising
- Calm, solutions-focused approach and positive attitude
- Safety-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
