We are looking for a full-time Maritime Instructor to join our team at Flying Fish
The ideal candidate will have superyacht experience and/or be a strong instructor with excellent career and mentoring skills, and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of maritime professionals.
The role:
- Deliver RYA & MCA-approved training
- Work hands-on with students on and off the water
- Support and mentor students entering the maritime industry
