Summary

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Steward(ess) to join our professional team aboard a 52m motor yacht with a permanent position based in the United States until April, then world cruising. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest areas, laundry, assisting with meal service, and supporting the interior team of four stewards and one chef. This role involves collaborating closely with fellow crew members to ensure a seamless experience for guests while adhering to the vessel's operational protocols. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar position, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a worldwide cruising itinerary, providing diverse experiences and challenges in the yachting industry.

We are a laid back unique program that runs with a sport fish. The owners are lovely people that like to explore different areas of the world. They love personable crew members and enjoy interacting with the crew. We will spend a bit of time in Central America, Spanish speaking is a huge plus. From Central America we will head on to the South Pacific. Ideally would like someone already in FL or close. Start date ASAP.
