Job Description:
We are confidentially looking for a dynamic, reliable, and well-presented Second Stewardess to join to join this +50m Private MY.
The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of seasons of experience on similar-sized yachts and be confident working across both housekeeping and guest service. She will be a strong team player, able to support the Chief Stewardess while maintaining high standards in daily interior operations.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach are essential, as the role requires adaptability between private and charter expectations. Good presentation and attention to detail are key, along with the ability to follow service standards while remaining professional and guest-focused at all times.
Yacht will be based in Italy, during the winter. Spring 2026 crossing to the Mediterranean (South of France or Italy)

Non-smoker, no visible tattoos. Dry boat.
Salary range: €4500 DOE
