Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 42m Private jet drive yacht operating under the Cayman Islands flag with a 7 crew setup.
You should have prior experience in a similar position, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in hospitality management. You will play a crucial role in creating a seamless and professional experience for guests while ensuring that the interior team operates efficiently and effectively. This is a well run, straightforward program offering an excellent work/life balance, ideal for a Chief Stew who is ready for a more settled role or looking to be based in West Palm Beach for the majority of the year. The boat is primarily docked in WPB with one annuel owner's trip to the Bahamas.
The successful candidate will have prior Chief Stewardess experience and will be responsible for sourcing and leading a Second Stewardess. Start date is by the end of January, allowing for a thorough handover with the current Chief.
