Second Stewardess – Private Motor Yacht
We are a private motor yacht seeking a Second Stewardess to join the team from early to mid-February.
This role is ideal for an Second Stewardess looking to take on more responsibility. You will be working alongside a rotational Chief Stewardess, so confidence, initiative, and the ability to lead when required are essential.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience as a Second Stewardess
- Confident taking responsibility and leading the interior when needed
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
- Committed, reliable, and motivated for a long season
This is a private yacht with heavy use during the summer season. However, we offer a positive work environment with some flexibility — crew may have opportunities to step off the vessel and explore destinations, even when guests are onboard.
The yacht will cruise a beautiful Mediterranean itinerary. The season is long, but where possible, we aim to allow some time off during the year to maintain a healthy work–life balance.
